Is kottu parotta the same as kottu roti?
They are close cousins. Kottu roti from Sri Lanka is made with roti; kothu parotta from Tamil Nadu and Kerala is made with flaky parotta. Both are chopped and stir-fried on a griddle.
Is your kottu vegetarian?
Yes. Kottu is often made with egg or meat, but everything at MIK Cloud Kitchen is 100% vegetarian.
